a) When visiting the website
When you visit our website www.latino-bazaar.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

• IP address of the requesting computer,
• Date and time of access,
• Name and URL of the retrieved file,
• Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
• Browser used and, if applicable, your computer's operating system and the name of your access provider.

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. To do so, you must provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent.

c) When ordering through our online store
When you place orders through our site, we collect the following information:

• Name, first name,
• a valid e-mail address,
• address,
• telephone number (optional).

The collection of this data is carried out,

• to identify you as our customer;
• to process, fulfill and complete your order;
• to correspond with you;
• for invoicing;
• to process any liability claims and to assert any claims against you.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of your order and is necessary for the purposes mentioned in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the appropriate processing of your order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations arising from the purchase contract.

• this is legally permissible and required for the processing of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

5. Rights of the data subjects
 

You have the right:
• to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of the processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the source of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about the details;
• in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;
• in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
• to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to allow its deletion and we no longer require the data, but you require it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;

• to file a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our company headquarters.

6. Right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is to direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without you having to specify a particular situation. 7. Data security

We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. This is usually a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
