Terms and Conditions

1. Validity

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts that are concluded through the online store between the provider (hereinafter “seller”) and the customer (hereinafter “buyer”). The online store offers leather bags, lingerie, coffee and decorative items.

3. Conclusion of contract

3.1. The presentation of products in our online shop isn't a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

3.2. By clicking the order button, the buyer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving the order.

4. Prices and shipping costs

4.1. The stated prices are final prices excluding shipping costs.

4.2. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for the delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to the buyer during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the buyer.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 3-7 business days. For special orders or new orders that have to be produced in Colombia, this can take up to one month. This is because our unique products have to be specially made and then shipped to us in Germany.

5.3 If a product ordered isn't available, the buyer will be informed immediately and, in the event of a withdrawal, any payment already made will be refunded without delay.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of withdrawal – return policy

8.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

8.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

8.3. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you would have to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, an e-mail or a message in Instagram).

The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment. The goods must be returned undamaged, clean (hand-washed if necessary) and in their original packaging. After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to the originally used means of payment within 14 days.

9. Warranty and liability

9.1 The statutory right of liability for defects applies.

9.2 We shall always be liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents:

• in the event of injury to life, limb or health,
• in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
• in the event of guarantee promises, insofar as agreed,
• insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.

10.1. Your data is collected and processed in accordance with the applicable legal data protection regulations.

11. Final provisions

11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

11.2. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
